Special Order

Payment is through paypal. Once you place your order I’ll send you an email with your total and then you make your payment to paypal. Once I have received payment from you I’ll begin your project. Allow 30 days for manufacture and shipping of all special order items. Every attempt will be made to complete your project and ship it as soon as possible after ordering. If this is a gift for a special occasion please include the date of the occasion in your special instructions. Every attempt will be made to provide your gift in time for your special occasion.

Please feel free to contact us about your purchase. If you feel you can’t explain exactly what you want to have on your feeder or house or golf ball holder in writing, please call and explain what you would like. We strive to provide a product that you are thrilled with and will do whatever we need to do to provide you with the product you had in mind.

On all orders requesting the same house that is shown on the website or EBay, we reserve the right to substitute the decorative pieces with something similar if the originals are no longer available. We will make every effort to duplicate exactly the same as the picture you have seen.
